I was directed to this video by my friend Dick in Florida.\u00a0 This is a great review of the causes of our current “economic crisis.”\u00a0 The video runs about 11 minutes and it goes very fast, but it is very, very good.\u00a0 Definitely a “must see.”<\/p>\n

Burning down the house: What caused the economic crisis<\/a><\/p>\n

The really interesting thing about the information in this video is that all the trails lead back to the Democrats. The Dems protected their Community Reinvestment Act (enacted during the Carter Administration) and protected Fannie and Freddie driving the subprime market and the housing market into overload.\u00a0 Who tried to stop it?\u00a0 The Bush Administration and John McCain.\u00a0 Both of these attempts were blocked by the Democrats in Congress. That gives the Dems constant harping on “failed Bush economic policies” mantra a whole new spin.\u00a0 (Bovine Scatology!)<\/p>\n
